'Homaz a Kaya'. 2008. Offered to my love Nathalie on her birthday 2008. Kaya was a singer, creator of the seggae (music mixed between the sega, traditional Mauritian music and the raggae). Kaya was assassinated on 21st February 1999 by Mauritian policemen. The painting came a few month before the 10th anniversary of his death. Kaya, Rest in Peace.
